Claire spent years helping people make sense of nutrition, while Sophie saw through her work in physiotherapy that the best plan only works when it fits real life. Around the kitchen table, their conversations kept returning to the same problem: wellness had become too complicated to maintain. Him&Her grew from their shared belief that daily support could be considered, wearable and genuinely easy to repeat.

Him&Her began with a mother, a daughter and a question neither of them could ignore: why had taking care of yourself become another full-time job?
As a dietitian, Claire met people who understood the value of daily nutrition but struggled with routines built around multiple bottles, powders and perfect timing. Sophie encountered the same pattern in physiotherapy: lasting progress rarely came from the most complicated plan—it came from the one people could comfortably repeat.
Their different disciplines led them to the same conclusion. People did not need more pressure or another crowded shelf. They needed thoughtful support in a format that could move through real life. Together, they created Him&Her: focused patch formulas designed to make everyday wellness feel lighter, simpler and easier to stay with.
